Lukriton Intake

Turn incoming requests
into a vendor network you own

AI request intake in your customers' own language, plus a network of approved vendors you can charge to join.

Customers speak or type what they need, with no app and no account. Lukriton Intake translates it, writes a summary, sorts it by category, flags the urgency, and sends it to your team, into your software, or to approved vendors who accept or decline the job. You decide who is in your network and what vendors pay to be there.

  • Customers speak in their own language
  • No app or account for customers
  • Your logo and colors
  • No commission on vendor fees
How it works

From one sentence
to a job accepted.

A request goes from the customer's own words to the right vendor in five steps, and nobody has to retype, translate, or forward anything.

  1. 1

    They speak or type

A customer, tenant, homeowner, or member taps your button, link, or QR code and explains the problem in their own language. They can add photos. There is no app to download and no account to create.

  2. 2

    AI organizes it

Lukriton writes down the request, translates it into English, summarizes it, sorts it by category, and flags how urgent it is. The customer's original words are kept with it.

  3. 3

It goes to the right place

Each request goes where you set it to go: your team's inbox, your own software, or the approved vendors who match by trade, service area, language, and whether they take emergency jobs.

  4. 4

    Vendors accept or decline

Matched vendors receive the job details by email, or by text where texting is turned on, and accept or decline from a link. The customer's name, phone, and email stay hidden until a vendor accepts.

  5. 5

    Everyone sees where it stands

The customer follows the request on a private tracking page and rates the vendor when the job is done. You see every request, every response, and each vendor's accepted and completed jobs in one dashboard.

Two ways to use it

Add it to your app
or run your own network.

Software companies add Lukriton Intake inside their product for all of their customers. Businesses and network owners use it on their own to connect customers with the vendors they approve.

Add it inside your product

For software companies

  • One line of code adds the request button to your website or web app.
  • Your logo, colors, and wording on the request form and in the emails.
  • Requests can be sent automatically into your system, ready to become a work order or a ticket (Growth plan and above).
  • Your team's software can read requests for reports.
  • Set up a separate request button for each of your customers. The number of buttons depends on your plan.
  • Your customers' vendor fees can cover what they pay for your app.

Start or grow a network of your own

For businesses and network owners

  • Share a hosted request page by link or QR code. No website needed.
  • Invite vendors with one link and approve each one before they receive any work.
  • Set your own terms: a monthly membership, a fee per accepted job, or an approval fee.
  • See each vendor's accepted and completed jobs, and which vendors accepted each request.
For software companies

Make your app
pay for itself.

Build Lukriton Intake into your product, and your customers' vendor fees can cover what they pay you. That makes your app easier to buy than tools that are only a cost.

Your customers set vendor terms

Each of your customers can charge its approved vendors a monthly membership, a fee per accepted job, or an approval fee.

Vendor fees can cover your app

Those fees can cover what your customer pays for your app, so your app can cost them little or nothing out of pocket.

An edge over competitors

Most maintenance and intake tools are only a cost to the customer. Yours can pay for itself, which makes it the easier one to buy.

Example: if your app costs a property manager $900 a month, 20 vendors paying $45 a month would cover it.

Actual results depend on each customer's vendors and terms.

How you can earn

Charge vendors
to be in your network.

Vendors already pay for access to customers through approval programs, lead services, and referral groups. With Lukriton Intake, the network is yours, so you set the terms, and any fees you charge are yours.

Monthly membership

Approved vendors pay a set monthly amount to stay in your network and receive the requests that match their trade and area.

Fee per accepted job

Vendors pay only when they accept a request. Each request shows which vendors accepted it, and each vendor's page counts their accepted jobs.

Approval fee

Vendors pay once to be reviewed — license, insurance, and references — before they can receive any work from your network.

You keep what you charge. Lukriton charges a flat software plan and takes no commission on vendor fees, jobs, or leads.

You set your terms and bill your vendors directly.

Lukriton is software. It does not promise leads, income, provider participation, or results. You are responsible for your own vendor terms and for the rules that apply in your industry.

Why it is different

Intake tools route jobs.
Lukriton Intake builds your network.

Answering a request and creating a work order is only half of the job. Lukriton Intake also gives you the network behind it, under your name and on your terms.

Vendors can pay you

Typical intake tools are a cost: you pay, and jobs go to vendors you already have. Lukriton Intake lets you run the network and set what vendors pay to be in it.

Their language, your English

About 9% of people in the US, and 18% in California, speak English less than very well. They can speak their own language, and you receive their original words plus an English translation, summary, category, and urgency.

Inside your product

It lives on your website or web app, or on your own request page, with your logo and colors. It is not a separate phone line or another company's portal.

Works with your software

Requests can be sent automatically into any system that can receive them, so you are not limited to a short list of supported systems.

Matching that fits the job

Vendors are matched by trade, service area, language, and whether they take emergency jobs, and every accepted and completed job builds their track record.

Customer contact stays protected

Vendors see the job first. The customer's name, phone, and email unlock only after a vendor accepts.

Where it works

Any business that sends
requests to vendors.

If customers report a problem and someone has to send the right provider, Lukriton Intake fits. In most of these industries, vendors already pay networks for access to the work.

Property management

Requests from
Tenants reporting leaks, heating, appliance, and repair problems.
Routed to
Approved plumbers, electricians, heating and air, appliance, and general repair vendors.
How it pays
Vendor approval fees and memberships. Large property companies already ask vendors to pay to be reviewed before they receive work.

HOA and community associations

Requests from
Residents and board members reporting common-area problems and requests.
Routed to
Landscaping, pool, gate, roofing, and repair contractors the manager approves.
How it pays
Yearly vendor approval fees. Association managers already ask vendors to pay a yearly fee to be approved.

Vacation rentals

Requests from
Hosts and guests reporting cleaning, supply, and repair needs between stays.
Routed to
Cleaners, handymen, hot tub and pool service, and linen services.
How it pays
A fee per job or a monthly membership for service pros who want steady cleaning and repair work between guests.

Multi-location stores and restaurants

Requests from
Store and restaurant managers reporting broken equipment, refrigeration, and building problems.
Routed to
Heating and air, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical service companies.
How it pays
A fee per accepted job or a monthly membership. Facilities platforms already charge service companies for the work they send.

Home services referral networks

Requests from
Homeowners and renters asking for a trusted local pro.
Routed to
Licensed contractors, cleaners, landscapers, and movers.
How it pays
Memberships or per-lead fees. Lead services already charge home-service pros per lead or by membership.

Real estate brokerages and teams

Requests from
Buyers, sellers, and new homeowners who need help before and after closing.
Routed to
Movers, cleaners, stagers, contractors, and handymen, plus licensed agents in other cities.
How it pays
Memberships for home-service vendors, and referral fees between licensed agents.

Federal law (RESPA) does not allow referral fees for settlement services such as mortgage, title, escrow, home inspection, home insurance, and home warranty. Keep those out of paid networks, and share agent commissions only between licensees.

Chambers and business associations

Requests from
Members and the public asking for a trusted local business.
Routed to
Member businesses, matched by category and area.
How it pays
Membership dues, or a higher membership level that includes matched requests.

Lawyer referral services

Requests from
People who need a lawyer and want to explain the problem in their own language.
Routed to
Lawyers on the service's list, matched by practice area, location, and language.
How it pays
Certified services already charge the lawyers on their list registration fees and a share of fees on referred cases.

In California, only lawyer referral services certified by the State Bar may refer clients to lawyers. Lukriton Intake handles their intake; it does not refer clients itself.

Homebuilders

Requests from
New homeowners reporting warranty items after move-in.
Routed to
The trade contractor who did the work.
How it pays
No vendor fee here. It saves warranty staff time and gives each trade a dated record of what was reported.
Start your own

Start a business
around a vendor network.

You do not need a software company to use Lukriton Intake. If you know a neighborhood, a language community, or an industry, you can run the network that connects its people with good vendors.

Home repair in your community's language

Homeowners and renters describe the job in the language they are comfortable with, and licensed contractors who speak it are matched first. Start with one county.

One way to charge: Contractors could pay a monthly membership. Homeowners pay nothing.

Trusted vendors for agents and managers

Run the approved vendor list that local real estate agents and small property managers send their clients and tenants to.

One way to charge: Vendors could pay a yearly listing fee. Leave out mortgage, title, escrow, inspection, home insurance, and home warranty companies.

Community business network

A chamber, cultural association, or business group connects customers who ask for help in their own language with member businesses.

One way to charge: Members could pay dues, with matched requests included at higher membership levels.

Vacation rental service network

Give hosts in your area one place to request cleaning, linens, and repairs between guests.

One way to charge: Cleaners and service pros could pay per accepted job. Hosts use it free.

Local family services guide

A local newsletter or parents' group turns readers' questions into requests for tutors, classes, party services, and family services.

One way to charge: Local businesses could pay a yearly listing fee.

Event and wedding vendor network

Couples and planners describe the event once and are matched with caterers, photographers, venues, and rentals.

One way to charge: Vendors could pay a yearly membership.

Vendors set their own prices, and customers hire and pay them directly. Approve only vendors who hold the licenses and insurance your state requires. Lukriton is software and does not promise leads, income, or results.

Questions

Straight answers

Does Lukriton take a commission?

No. Lukriton charges a flat monthly software plan and takes no commission on vendor fees, jobs, or leads. What you charge your vendors is yours.

Does Lukriton collect vendor fees for me?

Not today. You set your terms and bill your vendors directly. Each request shows which vendors accepted it, and each vendor's page counts their accepted and completed jobs.

Can every industry charge vendors?

No. Some industries limit or ban referral fees. Examples include healthcare; lawyer referrals, which in California only services certified by the State Bar may make; referrals for mortgage, title, escrow, home inspection, home insurance, and home warranty in real estate; and, in California, body shop or towing work paid by auto insurance. Property managers who work for owners should also list any vendor fees in their management agreements. Check the rules for your industry before you set vendor terms.

Do customers need an app or an account?

No. They tap a button, a link, or a QR code and speak or type. They get a private tracking link to follow the request.

Will it work with my software?
