Be respectful and professional with every customer and network member. Respond only to requests you are qualified and available to handle. Keep customer contact details and request information private. Follow all local laws, permits, licenses, insurance, and tax requirements for your work. Arrange payment for each job directly with the customer — this platform does not process job payments or take a commission on them. Any membership or lead fees are set by the network operator. The network admin may pause or remove any provider who breaks these rules.
